Held on April 27, 2025, it broke a record for participation, with more than 11,000 runners painting the city streets pink. Our girls also participated in this edition. All proceeds will go to fund cancer research projects in La Rioja.

On December 15, 2022 in the EL BUEN PASTOR parish of Logroño we celebrate the traditional mass to remember our companions who died in the year.
We then celebrated a fellowship meal and we were all able to enjoy a good time together, this year with the participation of 130 members and a great atmosphere, celebrating the end of the pandemic and without restrictions.
At the time of taking the coffees, nine of those who accompanied us there and who were reaching a certain age were honored
Five Christmas baskets from this association "GRUPO DE MAYORES DE TELEFÓNICA LA RIOJA" were also raffled.
After these acts, we went to the disco where it was possible to dance until the end of the afternoon / night
We hope to repeat all the next years and enjoy like so far

On December 22, 2022, a “Telefónicos de la Rioja Baja” lunch was held in Calahorra with 17 colleagues in attendance.
In which, in addition to enjoying the gastronomic pleasures, they got together to chat and remember old times, which is ultimately what unites us and what we know each other for.
Someone could not attend for health reasons but surely they will be in the next ones.

From November 22 to 24, 2022 we make the traditional excursion every year to Madrid to see a musical and nearby towns
We visit Cifuentes and Trillo, with a dramatized guided tour and its waterfalls as it passes through TRILLO, continuing to Madrid, having the afternoon free.
The next day, San Lorenzo del Escorial where we visit the Royal Monastery with a guide. After eating, we return to Madrid to optionally go to any of the musicals of the moment that we have chosen with more enthusiasm after the pandemic.
The third day we visited Brihuega and Civica, where we took a guided tour of these towns. Tasting the gastronomy of the area.
Once again we enjoyed a beautiful trip where we were able to visit these places with so much history, an incomparable landscape and traditional customs that have not been lost.

On November 8, 2022, the VIII MUS CHAMPIONSHIP began again (cancelled due to the PANDEMIC)
in the two-round league modality and ended on November 29
The champions were José Luis Rodríguez Villarán and Jose Miguel Mateos Paniego
On February 9, 2023, at the celebration, an "en-lift" card game was delivered
and a bottle of Rioja wine for each participant
In addition some trophies to the winners donated by "SEGUROS OCA"
And as always with a lunch, a good time to enjoy being together and having a good time with colleagues

On 10/6/2022 we went on an excursion through the Community of Aragon. In the morning, a guided visit to Uncastillo, declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1966.
We toured the Roman Church of Santa María, the Town Hall, its historic center… Pre-Pyrenees Religious Art Center and the Church of San Martin.
We had lunch in Sos del Rey Católico where we could see with another guided tour, the town (declared a Historic-Artistic Site and an Asset of Cultural Interest in 1968).
and starting from the house where KING Ferdinand II of Aragon was born (which gives the town its name), touring the town center and the Church of San Esteban.
A wonderful experience we enjoyed the history and observed both in the construction of the buildings
(all perfectly carved ashlar stone) as coats of arms that made us imagine the past of those territories.
A great day where we enjoyed enormously and even the weather accompanied us

VII Women's Race LA RIOJA. Organized by the Spanish Association against Cancer in La Rioja
On 09/11/22 it could be carried out in Logroño in person and without restrictions once the pandemic had expired
This year we were able to enjoy as always, once the coronavirus was mastered, WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS
The resources obtained are used to finance both cancer research scholarships at the University of La Rioja and at CIBIR.
A HELP WORTH ADMIRING FOR THOSE WHO NEED IT IN THE MOST DIFFICULT TIMES. As always, several members of the Telefónica La Rioja Elderly Group participated where they were able to enjoy this moment and who are always by their side.
A great admirable work and a dedication that makes it easier to achieve the well-being of those who need it. THANKS TO YOUR HELP IT IS POSSIBLE

On May 27 we attended the MULTIPROVINCIAL MEETING OF BURGOS
where more than 500 companions were able to get together
Subsequently, the group photo was taken on the steps of the Cathedral door,
which we then visit, being able to delight ourselves with its greatness
Then, the food, where we enjoy the presence of colleagues
from other provinces, which we had not seen for a long time.
A great day that we will repeat in this type of event regardless of the place where it takes place,
since what unites us most is being in contact with colleagues from other places.
